By engaging GTM Enterprises LLC for services, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

Services

GTM Enterprises LLC provides software development, web development, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services. Specific deliverables and terms are defined in individual project proposals and statements of work.

Pricing and Payment

Project pricing is provided in custom quotes before work begins
Payment terms are specified in individual agreements
Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

Work Product

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All code, designs, and deliverables created for your project become your property upon full payment
We retain the right to use general knowledge and techniques learned during the project

Pre-existing Materials

Any pre-existing tools, libraries, or materials we use remain our property or the property of their respective owners.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide timely feedback and approvals
Supply necessary content, assets, and access
Communicate requirements clearly
Pay invoices according to agreed terms

Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your proprietary information. We’re happy to sign reasonable NDAs before project discussions.

Warranties and Liability

We deliver work professionally and to the best of our abilities
We correct defects in our work within a reasonable period after delivery
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You’re responsible for payment for work completed up to termination.

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes through direct communication. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
